Last weekend it actually snowed a seasonally proper amount, so we took to the bike trail beside out house, with our bounding puppies, and snapped some pictures.
Snow. I highly recommend it.
Looking at my last post, a casual observer would think that I only update once a season. That will hopefully not be the case (then again, Spring is almost here, so I’d better update again soon!), as I’ll be posting on a semi-(sorta-kinda) regular (somewhat) basis (hopefully). Things have been super busy lately with the release of The Handmade Marketplace (yay!). Speaking of which…
Holy cow! My book is out! In stores! I am amazed by the response so far. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who helped, contributed, bought, read, or looked at, or considered The Handmade Marketplace.
More about that later. Right now, these guys need snuggles.

I have always wanted to live in New England. Is it very expensive? The winters are so beautiful. I am a fashion designer the only two things that inspire me are the snow and the water. You have them both. My babies love the snow as well. I have a spoiled diva sheltie and a spolied but sweet lab german sherpard mix. We are going through a divorce and we are looking to move. Can you suggest a artistic community? Your babies are adorable.
Vicky, New England is lovely! And just like anywhere else, we have high priced areas and more affordable places. For a great artsy community that has water and snow, I would recommend you check out:
Bar Harbor, Maine
Portsmouth, NH
Burlington, VT
Manchester-By-The-Sea, MA
Providence, RI
Cape Cod, MA
Portland, Maine
