FRESH START eCourse

What can you expect from Fresh Start?

Well, just that – a fresh start! We’re going to spend four weeks exploring our goals and ways we can achieve them, while picking up valuable tools that will help make our dreams come true along the way.

This is a four week, self-paced eCourse, which means you can join in when you have the time. We’ll meet in a private classroom setting, via my website, and we’ll chat on the phone together once a week as a group.

Every Sunday I’ll upload all of our lessons for the week and then every few days, I’ll post fun activities that will help you with the topic of the week, interviews with people who can help us meet our goals and inspire us, and a list of handy-dandy resources.

Week One – Goals & Intentions: January 9th – 15th

We’ll be learning all about setting goals and intentions for our businesses and even ourselves as people, not just creative business owners. There will be at least nine different lessons that offer you sound advice, and creative approaches to defining exactly what you want out of 2011. Once you are clear on your goals and intentions, your chances of success are even better. We’ll have fun downloads, awesome activities and a list of super duper resources that you can keep handy all year long to help keep you on track.

Week Two – Organizing Your Business: January 16th – 22nd

What is one of the major thing that holds most of us back from having a successful day, week or month?  Organizing! Week Two will focus on exactly what organizing is and how we can all do a better job at it. Again, there will be useful and fun downloads, great activities and exclusive interviews with organizing experts. As always, a very useful list of further resources to keep you going after our eCourse is done.

Week Three – Time Management: January 23rd – 29th

This week we’ll spend some time with my personal nemesis: Time Management! We’ll tackle getting an extra hour in your day, how to avoid typical time wasters, time combining and how to make a schedule you can actually work with. You can look forward to fun activities you can experiment with, downloadable work sheets, and some knock-out resources to round up Week Three.

Week Four – Motivation! : January 30th – February 5th

Week Four is all about one of my pet topics: Staying Motivated. With useful articles, written by me just for you, loads of fun activities for you to work on and interviews with some of the most inspiring creative people I know… this week is going to be a great one to end our time with. Look forward to a great resource list for this week as well!

I’ve set up three different levels of participation, and you can read on to find which on will work best for you. No matter what level you choose, I’m truly looking forward to working with all of you as we work together to make 2011 the best year yet for our creative businesses.

Fresh Start Level One

Level Two: Accountability, Follow Up and Brainstorming! Oh My! We’ll work together from February 7th through March 7th

Membership for Level Two includes a whole lot more than Level One, and is only open to the first five people who sign up for it. For serious people, I’m offering a lot of my other services here and with my schedule in the beginning of the year, I can’t take more than five people on this level.

Not only will you get everything in Level One (all course materials) but also you can look forward to:

Four weeks of follow up and accountability. You and I will email back and forth, once a week, for four weeks after the eCourse has completed. I’ll send you a questionnaire that will let me know more about you and your business, and what your dreams are, and I’ll follow up with you and your progress for four weeks. Think of me as your personal cheerleader! Your kick in the pants! Your sounding board!

After all, it’s all good and well to get all jazzed up when you’re surrounded by support and friends, but sometimes, when the group experience is over, you may find yourself needing a little more. I understand that, and that is why I am offering Level Two – for those of you out there who are like me.

Also with the Level Two Membership you will be able to schedule a Brainstorming Session with me. What is that you ask? Well, it is a whole lot of fun for starters! I’ll send you a questionnaire (different from the accountability questionnaire) that will help me help you during our Brainstorming Session. You and I will talk on the phone for at least an hour and our topic will be YOU and YOUR BUSINESS. We’ll just jump right in and together we can plan, bounce ideas around, solve problems, and have a whole lot of fun, while we work together to improve your business and plan your success. After our phone call, within 24 hours, you can expect an email from me outlining our conversation and suggested resources to help you achieve your goals.

Level Two membership will carry you through most of the first quarter of 2011. After all, between the eCourse and our four weeks of follow up, you and I will be in touch through February of 2011. Doesn’t that sound nice?

Level Two of Fresh Start!

Level Three: Accountability, Brainstorming, Business Planning, Goal Setting and 8 weeks of working together! Wow! We’ll work together from February 7th through April 3rd.

Level Three involves a whole lot of me + you time and therefore, I am only going to be able to take three people for this one.

Not only do you get everything from Level One, you’ll also get an amped-up version of Level Two with some sweet extras!

So, all of Level One Goodness (course materials, forums, weekly phone call) but you’ll get eight weeks of accountability emails with me (weekly back and forth emails filled with follow up support and help for your business), one brainstorming session (see Level Two description for details) and together we’ll also do a Business Plan Review and have a personal Goal Setting Session.

What is a Business Plan Review?
Together, we’ll create an outline for your business for the year.
We’ll have two phone calls regarding your business plan and after I’ll send you my notes and resources for you to follow up with.
What is a Goal Setting Session?
While planning out your outline for the year, we’ll zero in on your business goals and figure out together how to get crystal clear on each and every one of them.

Level Three will take you all the way through the first quarter of 2011 and it will set the stage for your success all year. I also suspect that we’ll become quite close during this process and I’m looking forward to that.
